Eventologists transform The Brewery, London

Eventologists have been busy delivering new concepts and ideas in July and would like to share a stunning new theme that we’ve launched called Blue Sky thinking. This concept comes from inspiration that all conferences and companies are constantly searching for. Developing new ideas and looking at innovation is always on the agenda at conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, Gala Dinners, Awards evenings, or charity fundraising events, which is why we’re constantly thinking out the box and developing new ways of thinking.

We thought we would be even more literal and deliver a landscape that brings you Blue Sky Thinking. We’ve designed & produced giant clouds that suspend from the ceiling in a spectrum of colour changing lights setting the mood within the room. To create the horizon, we’ve made giant vintage light bulb chandeliers representing those light bulb moments. Hurricane statement centrepieces take centre stage on the tables depicting a melange of ideas and thoughts – a whirl wind of ideas.

When this theme is in the context of a Gala Dinner, bespoke light up cloud themed table centres finish the setting beautifully elegantly. Our Blue sky thinking theme is versatile and can be used at exhibitions, networking events, conferences and parties – dress up or dress down. It’s the party piece that will get your audience talking & create that wow factor.

An evergreen theme for any corporate event.

An option that works at events throughout the year is garden themed events. Bringing the outdoors inside is becoming very popular, especially as the seasons change. Start off the year with a spring themed garden, featuring giant blossom trees, lush turf walkways and amazing props that create an immersive space – perfect for an exhibition, themed event or conference backdrop.
Then we move to the summer filled with elegant gardens, vibrant flora and fauna with stunning Garden Party props, columns, plinths, urns, Garden backdrops and furniture. It’s the season where outdoor events become popular as the weather can is in our favour. Garden fetes, festival themed events, outdoor Nikki beach style events all feature as a popular summer theme and garden party theme.

From summer we move to autumn – a really exciting season with an array of garden party theming that can be used to create enchanted woodland themed events, Halloween party theming and forest themed parties. From ghoulish to magical and eerie to sinister – each are truly magnificent themes with large green trees, maple trees and stunning garden party theme decorations.

And then we move to winter. No surprises that winter wonderland themed events, Narnia themed events, Narnia party themes, frozen party themes, fire and ice themes – all feature in our top selected party themes for office parties, post conference parties and a host of other corporate events. This year, with the popularity of Game of Thrones and period dramas, we see a rise in the number of outdoor events with installations such as castles, giant oak trees and period costumes and characters.

When we think of summer, we think of bright vibrant colours and that is exactly what the Eventologists styling team have been delivering at corporate events around the country! Bright colours can be used in a variety of themes such as Rio Carnival theme, Festival themed events, Moroccan Themed Events and one of the most popular this summer is a Bollywood themed event. We focus on ideas to deliver a big fat Bollywood Themed Indian full of colours, smells and sounds from Asia. A super interactive, inclusive theme where guests can dress up, dance to Bollywood grooves and be mesmerised by the latest Bollywood entertainment!

Bollywood themed parties can be as colourful as vibrant as you like! Table centres can be big and bold! Indian themed table centres or even Bollywood centrepieces look great on brightly coloured tables, giant Bollywood film posters and backdrops work great to bring the films into the theme. Rich loyal colourful Bollywood draping can completely transform a room and unusual food stations and serving huts can make food service exciting and authentic.

With an Indian inspired event there are so many entertainment options to keep guests amused and entertained from the moment they walk in. We can Mr Ben style dressing rooms for guests to change into saris and Indian menswear, henna artists can apply temporary tattoos on guests in bright colours, dhol drummers can welcome guests into the room and Bollywood dance troops can teach guests how to dance during interactive sessions.

Every corporate event demands attention to detail and impact. A simple but effective way to transform a venue is through chair cover hire, unique linen hire and wall and ceiling draping.

Chair covers are available in damask, lycra and cotton and are available in different sizes to give a perfect fit. Depending on the theme of the event, add a finishing touch with a chair cover sash or chair cover hood; available in both organza, lame and satin fabric in a wide range of colours.

Interesting colours, materials and patterns in table linen can completely change how a room looks. Coloured tablecloths can enhance a theme by adding a vibrant zing on tables. Tablecloths are available in so many different materials from lycra tablecloths, damask table linen, crushed velvet table cloths through to classic crisp cotton tablecloths; whatever your preference we always suggest full length table cloths for gala dinner table dressing or awards dinners. It’s the black tie for tables!

Finally wall draping and ceiling draping can completely change the size and shape of a room and is an effective way of enhancing conference style spaces that are used for presentations during the day and awards dinners for evenings.
