Scotland Events: Glasgow SECC for your exhibition and conference needs!
Eventologists recently spent a week in Glasgow setting up and managing a medical conference. Having spent a week with a truly professional people whose primary aim was to help us deliver a successful exhibition and conference, we really wanted to tell you about how great it was working at the #SECC.
The SECC is superbly located; just a few minutes from the heart of Glasgow and we ran the annual FIS conference here. Glasgow is Scotland’s biggest and most exciting city with some of the world’s most spectacular things to do in the city – so its great for attendees during downtime to go shopping, sight-seeing or just people watch in a coffee shop!
Running our event and working with the SECC team was a dream throughout the year! When you have a multitude of rooms booked along with concurrent events, you really do need to consider lots of logistical and operational issues. The team gave us great advice as well as practical help to ensure that sessions during the conference ran smoothly. The exhibition space and build up ran perfectly to plan during a really busy week at the SECC as well as during a time where security presence had to be stronger. Excellent links and access made supplier deliveries quick and uncomplicated. During the live event, where issues and hiccups can occur, there’s always a ‘will do’ attitude that makes our clients’ lives simple, straightforward and stress-free.
Great venues and great service is always worth raving about so we’re proud to say that SECC wins our vote as a great place to bring events in Scotland!

We recently worked with Eventologists for our Greene King & Belhaven event and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The bespoke venue dressing they provided was spot on and really brought our vision to life. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Eventologists for our Congress gala dinner, and they were nothing short of exceptional. From the beginning, they embraced our Bridgerton theme with creativity, enthusiasm, and incredible attention to detail - transforming the venue into a breathtakingly elegant space, complete with a stunning floral tunnel that truly wowed our guests. We were under a tight deadline to open a new lounge venue at our Virgin Hotels London Shoreditch property, and Eventologists saved the day! I reached out to them in the last hour to install temporary artificial plants around the top perimeter of the venue for a photo shoot and our grand opening party. They responded to me in such a quick manner and installed the plants overnight! The team loves how they turned out. Thank you Eventologists!

Whatever my vision is for an event, Eventologists always deliver and then some! I've worked with them on three events, one of them was transforming our plain office to an 80s wonderland with a Speakeasy bar! Andrew and the team are a dream to work with and they're SO good at what they do and nothing is ever too much trouble, and if it is - they never make you feel like it is! Would highly recommend!

We have used Eventologists numerous times over the years, and each time they exceed our expectations. Rita and the team have a keen eye for detail and ensure a seamless experience from ideation to execution. Given the scale of our events, the demand for dressing three large rooms in individual themes is always a challenge, however, the feedback from our guests is always very positive, praising what Eventologists have delivered.
