Our 1980s themed party takes you back to the nostalgic 80’s where you can sing your favourite Wham, Duran Duran, and other retro tracks to your heart’s delight! As guests arrive, our meet and greet team, decked out in 80’s gear, will usher you into the drinks reception as 80’s tracks play in the background to take you back in time.
Step into a vibrant room decorated with multi-coloured curtains and shimmer curtains that catch the light just like the disco balls of the era. Big 80’s posters of iconic bands and movies line the walls, bringing back memories of punk rock and new wave. Giant Rubik’s cubes add a playful touch, while ghetto blaster props transport you to the days of boomboxes and street music. Sweetheart candy tubes, scattered around the venue, provide a sweet nod to the decade’s most beloved treats.
Hang out at one of the Rubik’s cube style table centres, surrounded by a host of other 80’s props like neon lights, vinyl records, and cassette tapes. The attention to detail in the decor will make you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time to the era of bright colours and bold fashion. Be entertained by 80’s themed dance troupes and performers dressed in punk rock attire, bringing the era’s rebellious spirit to life during dinner.
As the night progresses, get ready to dance the night away to a mix of 80’s hits, from pop to punk rock. Our DJ will keep the energy high and the dance floor packed with all your favourite tracks from the decade. We recently worked with Eventologists for our Greene King & Belhaven event and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The bespoke venue dressing they provided was spot on and really brought our vision to life. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Eventologists for our Congress gala dinner, and they were nothing short of exceptional. We were under a tight deadline to open a new lounge venue at our Virgin Hotels London Shoreditch property, and Eventologists saved the day! I reached out to them in the last hour to install temporary artificial plants around the top perimeter of the venue for a photo shoot and our grand opening party. They responded to me in such a quick manner and installed the plants overnight! The team loves how they turned out. Thank you Eventologists!

Whatever my vision is for an event, Eventologists always deliver and then some! I've worked with them on three events, one of them was transforming our plain office to an 80s wonderland with a Speakeasy bar! Andrew and the team are a dream to work with and they're SO good at what they do and nothing is ever too much trouble, and if it is - they never make you feel like it is! Would highly recommend!
